How it works
- Add the customerA name and phone number are enough.
- Choose "Due" on the billSelect the customer when billing and choose "Due" as the payment. The amount goes on their account.
- Record paymentsEnter the full or partial amount you receive. Older bills are settled first, and the history is kept.
- Remind in one clickSend a "Due Reminder" SMS from the customer's page, with the amount filled in for you.
- See what you are owedFilter the list to customers who owe you. The customer report also shows the total due.
Paper ledger or software?
Both have pros and cons. If only a few customers buy on credit, a paper ledger may be enough.

Common questions
Which package includes credit tracking?
For shops and other retail businesses, credit tracking is in the Premium plan at ৳1499 a month (৳1199 per month on yearly billing). The Standard plan does not include it.
Are SMS reminders sent automatically?
No. You open the customer's page, choose "Due Reminder" and send it in one click, with the amount already filled in. So you decide who gets a reminder and when. SMS costs nothing extra.
Can I record part payments?
Yes. Enter whatever amount the customer pays. It settles their oldest bills first, and a history shows when they paid and how much.
Can one bill be part cash and part credit?
Not at the moment: a bill goes fully on credit. If the customer pays something right away, put the bill on credit and record that money as a payment, and the final balance comes out the same.
How do I move dues from my paper ledger?
Talk to our team when you start. Data migration is free, and we will look at your ledger and work out the easiest way to move it.
Does it work without internet?
No. It is cloud software, so it needs an internet connection. The benefit is that your records are not tied to one phone, and you can check them away from the shop.
