Common questions
Does a small grocery shop need this software?
With few products and few sales a day, a paper ledger can be enough. Software helps when you carry many products, give a lot of credit, or want to see sales when you are away from the shop.
Do I need to buy a computer or printer?
No. It runs on any phone or tablet with nothing to install. You can give QR digital receipts without a printer. For printed receipts, any ordinary thermal printer works.
How do I sell loose products without barcodes?
Search by product name and add it to the bill, so a scanner is optional. You can also print barcode labels for your own products from the software.
Can I sell rice and lentils by kg and gram?
Yes. Unit conversion in the Premium plan lets you buy by the sack and sell by kg or gram, and stock goes down to match.
Which plan suits a grocery shop?
Standard (৳999 a month) covers billing and sales records. Premium (৳1499 a month) adds stock, sales by weight and credit tracking. Most grocery shops need those, so Premium is usually the better fit.
What happens if the internet goes down?
It is cloud software, so it needs internet, and mobile data works. If the connection in your area is very unreliable, try the demo before you buy.
